Job Summary

• Oversees shift employees, equipment, and production demands within the Dicing and Lapping manufacturing area.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and assigning work.
• Implementing policies and procedures.
• Assists with employee training.
• Recommending and implementing improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures, and working conditions to ensure a safe and productive work environment.

• Working knowledge of ERP software, MRP, Scheduling and Planning systems, MS Office

 

Preferred Skills

• Operations of Dicing, Micro grind, and /or Surface Grinding equipment.
• Lean manufacturing /six sigma training and experience
• Knowledge of machined ceramic components used for supplying the Semiconductor Process Equipment industry.
• Prior knowledge of active and/or structure technical ceramics, or other hard materials is a plus.

 

Experience Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience in a manufacturing operation.
• 2 years minimum of a Team Lead, Assistant Supervisor and/or Supervisor role.

 

Education Requirements

• High School diploma or higher education.

 

Physical Requirements (IF APPROPRIATE FOR POSITION DELETE IF NOT NEEDED)

• Sitting, standing. Able to lift 25 pounds.
